Consequences have been often dramatic, both from a human and financial point of view. QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) is a major innovation in the field of Quality management. It is combining management and attitude in order to solve in a simple and logical way most of the production and functional problems. Valeo, one of the world leading equipment suppliers has been using QRQC for over 10 years. QRQC had allowed the Valeo Group to change its quality measurement scale from PPM (Parts Per Million) to PPB (Parts Per Billion). écrit par Bruynseels bartel le 11/01/2012 :  QRQC la révolution (introduit par un Japonais atypique) chez Valeo. Je l'ai vécu à 3 reprises au démarrage, en production comme relation fournisseurs. Retour du management au gemba : San Gen Shugi : sortez des bureaux (tours de savoirs/d'ivoire pour les opérateurs). Applicable pour résoudre tout type de problème : QSE sécurité, environnement, qualité ... avec un peu de créativité pour démanteler des faux débats : eg pas conforme par rapport à quel standard ? Je suis surpris que les secrets de cuisine sont livrés au monde. Tant mieux pour le monde. A interpréter et utiliser à bon escient. Logical thinking fort nécessaire. Le risque en utilisant la méthode réside d'oublier the big picture l'ishikawa de tous les branches, quand on mène l'enquête ... Formation quasi obligatoire pour des fournisseurs et partenaires de Valeo. Recommandé pour les autres ... Curieux comment vont interpréter les non Valeo ce bible. Répondre à ce message
